CERTIFIED  PRE-OWNED BOAT PROGRAM

Bonita Boat Center specializes in Quality, Well Maintained, Late Model Boats,
Motors and Trailers, Year model 2000 and Newer.

Each vessel must pass a comprehensive evaluation by our service department to meet the US Coast Guard regulations for safe operation. (NO EXEPTIONS )
The evaluation will include Engine(s) condition, compression, hours, lights, pumps, battery system, fire protection, electronics, canvas, vinyl seats & cushions, gelcoat finish, bottom paint  and  trailer if applicable. There are up to 60 different items that will be inspected during this evaluation.

The charges for this evaluation service are due at the signing of this agreement.
Any single engine vessel is ($127.20) which includes Florida sales tax.
Any dual engine vessel is ($254.40) which includes Florida sales tax.
A copy of our check list is available prior to signing at your request.

Upon completion of the evaluation our Service Department will provide you a copy of their findings along with an estimate of repairs necessary to assure the best possible presentation and return on your investment.

No vessel will be offered for sale until all repairs and detailing is complete!

Any additional repairs or detailing needed are payable when that service is complete.              X ___________________________________

The value of your vessel will be determined by market, seasonal trends, Blue Book Guides and recently sold comparables. Over all condition, engine hours and applicable warranty coverage will also help determine the current market value.
The asking price along with market response and customer comments will be reviewed with the seller every 30 to 45 days and any adjustments will be made at that time.

Our listing agreements are for 3 months (90 days) and can be extended by mutual agreement between the seller and broker.
Care and Cleaning of off sight vessels is the responsability of the Seller.

A minimum (10% Brokerage Fee) on vessels sold over $ 15,000. 00  

 Vessels sold under $15,000 dollars are charged a minimum fee of $1,500.

 Brokerage fees will be deducted from the final agreed upon selling price.

Vessel titles are held by the Broker during the listing agreement to ensure proper legal transfer of title from seller to buyer. Out of State vessels may require the seller to provide additional information and documents to meet Florida Standards for ownership transfer.

Seller must maintain minimal insurance coverage during the listing agreement.

Final payment from the Buyer will be deposited the first working day after closing. The normal banking process( even Certified Or Cashiers Checks ) takes between 5 and 7 working days to be credited to our account.
No Distribution of Proceeds to the Seller or Transfer of Title to the Buyer will occur until all funds have been credited to our account.

(OUT OF STATE TITLE)
It is the sellers responsibility to provide all ownership transfer paperwork needed from Non Title States and secure proper Transfer Documentation.
